COMPLETE CALM Herbal Tea
COMPLETE CALM Herbal Tea
Nourishment for your nervous system—one cup at a time.
Complete Calm is a soothing herbal blend crafted with two powerhouse nervine herbs—tulsi (holy basil) and oatstraw—designed to help the body recover from stress and restore a sense of balance. Together, these herbs gently support the nervous system, helping ease tension, replenish depleted energy, and create a steady foundation for emotional resilience.
The result is a smooth, grounding tea that feels like a deep exhale at the end of a long day—helping the body soften out of overwhelm while supporting long-term stress recovery.
Why It Works
-
Tulsi (Holy Basil) – Adaptogenic Stress Support
Tulsi is one of Ayurveda’s most respected adaptogenic herbs, traditionally used to help the body adapt to stress while promoting emotional balance and calm. -
Oatstraw – Nervous System Nourishment
Mineral-rich oatstraw helps replenish the nervous system after periods of exhaustion or burnout, supporting resilience and steady energy over time. -
Simple Two-Herb Formula – Gentle Daily Support
This intentionally simple blend allows the herbs to work together without overwhelming the body, making it suitable for consistent, everyday use.
