Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number upon placement, and tracking information once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Herbal Everythings LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to customer error.
If a package is lost in transit after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to Herbal Everythings LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label to have the order re-sent.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be informed and confident in your purchases.
Physical Products

Due to the nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns.

If you are dissatisfied with a physical product, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you are concerned about. We may offer store credit at our discretion.
Digital Products

All sales of digital products (including e-books, downloadable guides, digital courses, templates, etc.) are final.

Once access is granted or the file is delivered, refunds, exchanges, and store credits are not available.

This policy reflects the immediate nature of digital delivery, where products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.

Programs & Educational Services

Payments for educational services, programs, consultations, and coaching are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Payment plans (such as through Shop Pay) are available for all phases and services. Participants remain responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of participation level.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
For scheduled services (e.g., consultations or program calls):

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

Missed appointments without sufficient notice may be forfeited.

Herbal Everythings LLC does not provide emergency or on-demand support.
Product Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After 24 hours, or once an order has entered processing, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@herbaleverythings.com with your order number.
