Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they are officially restocked or launched.

How Pre-Orders Work

Payment is collected at checkout at the time your order is placed.
Pre-order items will ship once inventory becomes available.
Estimated shipping timeframes, when applicable, will be listed on the product page.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or supplier delays.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place two separate orders.

Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
