Meet Your Herbalist & My Approach

As a holistic being, I understand that everything is connected to everything else.

I don’t approach wellness as a set of isolated symptoms to fix.

I approach it as a set of intricately connected patterns to understand.

My work is centered around helping you observe how your physical experiences, emotional responses, and mental patterns interact with each other — and how those interactions affect your overall well-being.

This is the foundation of the Layered Lens.

My Perspective

Most approaches focus on only one aspect, or layer, of our being at a time.

Physical symptoms.
Emotional states.
Mindset.

But in reality, these layers are constantly influencing each other.

A physical symptom doesn’t exist in isolation.
Neither does an emotional reaction or a recurring thought pattern.

My work focuses on understanding these connections instead of forcing quick fixes.

The Layered Lens Framework

The foundation of the Layered Lens rests on three core aspects:

1. The Physical Layer

The body’s tangible expressions — including skin, digestion, energy levels, and daily rhythms.

2. The Emotional Layer

Patterns in how you respond, process, and hold experiences.

3. The Mental Layer

Recurring thoughts, internal dialogue, and the belief patterns that shape your behavior.

The connection between these three layers stems from my own intuitive observations and understanding of how certain experiences manifested into my life.

Rather than isolating one layer, we observe how they interact over time.

This creates space for more informed, intentional support.

Integration of Ayurveda

In addition to this intuitive layered framework, I incorporate principles from Ayurveda, a system of holistic medicine dating back over 5,000 years.

Particularly, the understanding of doshas, or biological energies.

Doshas offer another lens for observing patterns in the body and mind, including tendencies related to:

• Energy
• Digestion
• Emotional expression
• Thought patterns

This isn't intended to label or box you in, but to provide additional context for how your system naturally operates.

Experience & Background

My work is grounded in both personal study and hands-on experience:

• Bioengineering degree
• 6+ years of independent herbal study
• 3rd year of an herbal apprenticeship
• Experience working on an organic farm for 2 years
• Continued hands-on cultivation and processing of herbs — from seed to preparation
• Development of herbal products based on real customer needs and feedback

This combination allows me to approach herbal work from both an intuitive and a logical perspective.

Ongoing Education

My work is continuously evolving.

I'm currently expanding my formal training in:

• Holistic Nutrition
• Aromatherapy
• Detoxification

These areas will deepen the structure of my programs and allow for more comprehensive support over time.

Transparency is important to me. I'll never claim to be the person who has all the answers — but I am a person committed to ongoing study, refinement, and responsible guidance. As long as I'm alive, I'll be learning.

How This Shapes My Work

Because of this approach:

I don’t offer quick fixes.
I don’t rely on generic protocols.
And I don’t separate the body from the emotions or the mind.

Instead, my work focuses on:

• Observation
• Pattern recognition
• Structured support
• Gradual, informed change

This is the foundation of the Layered Lens Program.

If you’re looking for a more structured way to understand your patterns — rather than just manage symptoms — this work may resonate with you.
