Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

  • Orders are processed within 7–10 business days before shipment.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order number upon placement, and tracking information once your order ships.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Herbal Everythings LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to customer error.

If a package is lost in transit after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to Herbal Everythings LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label to have the order re-sent.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
