Mullein leaf calms inflammation in the sinuses, nasal passages, and lungs, allowing you to BREATHE painlessly, while goldenrod helps to thin and drain excess mucus from the body, alleviating symptoms of congestion. Both goldenrod and stinging nettle combat allergy symptoms via their natural antihistamine properties which discourage the inflammation responsible for stuffy nose and irritated eyes. And the best part? These herbs won’t involuntarily put you to sleep after taking them.
The versatility of our BREATHE Herbal Tea blend is unmatched. Consume it as a hot or iced tea to experience the benefits, OR as an herbal gargle or herbal compress for intense inflammation of the eyes and/or throat. SKIN GLOW Tea: Earthy, neutral, mildly bitter, warming. Bitter herbs work due to their bitter taste. Sweetening this tea is not recommended.
BREATHE Tea: Mildly "green". Taste is extremely subtle.

How to use
How to use
For Teas:
Bring 16 ounces (oz) of spring, distilled, or filtered water to a boil. Pour boiling water over 1 teaspoon (tsp) to 1 tablespoon (tbs) of herbs and allow it to steep for at least 20 minutes in a glass, stainless steel, or ceramic container with a lid. Strain and Enjoy.
For Decoctions:
Bring 16 ounces (oz) of spring, distilled, or filtered water to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat down to the lowest setting possible on your stove. Add 1 tsp to 1 tbs of herbs directly to the pot. Cover the pot and allow the herbs to simmer for 15 minutes. After simmering, turn off the heat and pour both your decocted tea AND the herbs into a glass, stainless steel, or ceramic container with a lid. Screw on the lid and allow the tea to sit until cool enough to drink. Strain and Enjoy.
