Remember: oily skin still needs a moisturizer. The overproduction of oil actually comes from the skin being too dry and compensating by generating excess sebum. Regularly exfoliating, cleansing with a thorough face wash followed by a balancing toner and lightweight moisturizer is the best generic routine for oily skin.
