Below you’ll find answers to common questions about the application, approval, payment, and scheduling process for the Layered Lens Program.

SECTION 1: Application & Approval

How do I enroll in the program?

Enrollment begins with an application. After submitting your application, it will be reviewed to ensure the program is the right fit for your goals and current season.

Is everyone accepted?

Enrollment is application-based to maintain an intentional and structured container. If the program is not the right fit at this time, you may be directed to alternative support options.

How long does it take to receive a decision?

Applications are accepted during designated enrollment windows. After applications close, submissions are reviewed during the following week. Approved applicants will receive next steps via email before the next cohort begins.

How long do I have to complete enrollment after approval?

Approved applicants are given 48 hours to complete their agreement and secure their enrollment. If enrollment is not confirmed within this timeframe, the spot may be offered to another applicant.

Cohort Structure

Do participants work together?

No. Although cohorts begin on the same schedule, all sessions, check-ins, and client work are conducted privately. This is a one-to-one program, not a group container.

How many clients are accepted per cohort?

Enrollment is intentionally limited to three clients per cohort to preserve individualized attention and structure.

SECTION 2: Agreement & Payment

What happens after I’m approved?

You will receive:
• A client agreement to review and sign
• A private payment link
• Instructions for scheduling your first session

Enrollment is confirmed after payment is completed.

When is my spot secured?

Your enrollment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Scheduling access is tied to confirmed enrollment.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available at checkout where applicable.

SECTION 3: Scheduling

When do I book my first session?

Upon payment, you will be directed to select a time for your first consultation session.

Is my time slot held before payment?

No. Appointment times are only secured once payment is successfully completed.

What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may count toward your session allocation.

SECTION 4: Program Flow

Can I skip directly to Phase 2 or 3?

Advancement between phases is guided and intentional. Progression is discussed together before enrollment into subsequent phases.

Can I enroll in all three phases at once?

Yes. A full three-phase commitment option is available upon approval.

SECTION 5: General

Is this medical care?

The Layered Lens Program provides educational support and structured wellness guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care.

What if I decide the program isn’t right for me?

Due to the structured and customized nature of this program, all payments are final once enrollment is confirmed.
